Digital Marketing Manager
The Rightware marketing team has full responsibility for all communications, including product marketing, digital marketing, events, corporate marketing, thought leadership, trademarks & branding, PR/AR, and employer branding. We also run the Kanzi Partner Program, a global ecosystem of companies delivering Kanzi-powered automotive HMIs and educational institutions training the next generation of HMI developers. We are a small team with broad responsibilities, so we work collaboratively, prioritize for maximum impact, and leverage internal and external resources to increase our effectiveness. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for the right person to help take our marketing efforts to the next level!
You will own the Rightware online presence, from website to social media, from email campaigns to online advertising. You will develop our marketing automation plans and execute them globally and regionally. Although it can be difficult to draw a straight line from marketing spend to revenue, you are dedicated to establishing, measuring, and improving marketing ROI.
You know that inbound marketing is nothing without content, so you will take ownership of the content calendar, driving colleagues and agencies to deliver messaging and assets, yet ultimately developing much of the content yourself. As our products and business evolve, you will refresh our website to keep it current, add capabilities as needed by business lines, and eventually reimagine the site completely.
As our company grows, you will also drive employer branding to support recruitment, primarily in Finland. We need jobseekers to know about our phenomenal workplace and our long-term impact on the global automotive industry. You will engage the right social channels with dedicated messaging and the right tone. You will also get to work outside the digital domain to promote our participation in hackathons and other events to build employer visibility.
Who are you?
You live online and you love hands-on marketing and communications. You are driven to increase visibility, engagement, and ultimately business results. You stay on top of best practices, learning on your own and networking with industry peers. As owner of business-critical marketing plans, you are organized and good at planning: you develop and document strategies, plans, and metrics. You are precise, and you understand that details matter in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and communication.
Keen on continuous improvement, you are creative and experimental, yet you have the experience and sound judgement to know what ideas to reject. As an external voice for the company, you are capable of capturing the company tone and engaging in social media channels in excellent English.
- Extensive experience with web, marketing automation, and social media, including HubSpot, Moz, AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram...
- Marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Willingness to travel as required
- Excellent written English
- Experience working with creative agencies to develop written, graphical, and video content
- Comfort with Adobe tools for basic content creation, e.g. Illustrator and Photoshop
