Software Product Marketing Manager

The Rightware marketing team has full responsibility for all communications, including product marketing, digital marketing, events, corporate marketing, thought leadership, trademarks & branding, PR/AR, and employer branding. We also run the Kanzi Partner Program, a global ecosystem of companies delivering Kanzi-powered automotive HMIs and educational institutions training the next generation of HMI developers. We are a small team with broad responsibilities, so we work collaboratively, prioritize for maximum impact, and leverage internal and external resources to increase our effectiveness. Our business is growing rapidly, so we are looking for the right person to help take our marketing efforts to the next level!
Your primary role is to ensure our sales team is equipped with winning product messaging and marketing materials. You will own and formulate the Kanzi value proposition for all our target audiences, and you will drive development of all product marketing content. This includes sales decks, product briefs, white papers, FAQs, fliers, case studies, videos, webinars, etc., across physical and online media. This will require a solid understanding not only of our products, but also of our buyer personas and the competitive landscape.
You will travel to meet customers in a presales capacity, and you will represent Rightware at industry events and conferences as a product expert. You will bring your deep product understanding to help direct demos developed by our product team, and to create compelling demo scripts. You may also develop stock demos for use by companies in our partner program.
You will take a leading role in developing concepts and delivering content for Kanzi Developer Days and any hackathons we may sponsor. Finally, you will support the development of our university program, which aims to build a pipeline of graduates with hands-on knowledge of our tools.

You are a technically-oriented communicator and marketing professional. You can quickly become a Kanzi power-user, ready to demonstrate and communicate the magic of our software to prospective customers and partners. You bridge the gap between engineering and marketing, earning respect in both disciplines. You are an outgoing people-person who can build trust with marketing peers in domestic and international partner companies, and you are not afraid to put yourself out there as a speaker at events, a presenter in front of the customer, or a host of recorded presentations and webinars.
As owner of business-critical marketing plans and activities, you are organized and good at planning: you develop strategies, plans, and metrics. Equally importantly, you execute the plans, taking full ownership, setting expectations, and communicating progress regularly. You can develop and articulate a vision, get people excited about it, and drive peers to help you realize it. You are precise, and you understand that details matter in planning, execution, and external communication.
- Knowledge of graphics, UI frameworks, or gaming engines (e.g. Unity, Unreal)
- Technical capability to become a Kanzi power-user
- Readiness for frequent international travel
- Excellent English
- Experience with 3D tools, e.g. Blender, 3ds Max
- Track record in B2B software product marketing
- A computer science degree is a plus, but not required
