Due to heavy demand from our global customers in the premium car market, we are growing our elite team of technical and visual designers, UX designers, and creative software engineers who provide our customers with advanced prototypes, custom software products, and technology demonstrators. This fast-paced team operates at the intersection of visual and interaction design, cutting-edge technology, and our customers' products, often dealing with multiple ongoing projects and demanding deadlines. Our KDS team is a central contributor to the success of our customers, leading training, advising on project implementation and optimization, and providing on-site plus remote support and consulting. This team of experts helps our customers bring the best automotive user experiences to market!
You will manage several simultaneous small design projects. Your team of 10 will consist of creative engineers and designers, and your customers will be based in Japan, Korea, China, Europe and the US. Customer Service is top priority and you will manage their expectations smoothly and professionally.
Who Are you?
You are an extrovert and excellent with external customers. You have software deployment project experience from start to finish, which you can describe to us fluidly. You can handle daily communication in English with customers in other countries across multiple time zones. You are good at prioritizing, multi-tasking, taking the initiative, and yes you even enjoy it!
Software deployment project experience
1-2 years working as PM for external customers
You are familiar with the Agile way of working
Able and experienced to handle multiple ongoing projects
Excellent English & Japanese
Additional languages like Mandarin or Korean
Some flexibility to travel
Ability to deliver good and bad news to the customer
Understanding of the relationship between design and coding
Background from the gaming industry, having led and observed the cohesion between designers and engineers
